Maria Pia Castelli – Stella Flora 2020

The Winery that was established in 1999 is located in the small Italian Region of Le Marche, between the Adriatic Sea and the Sibillini. Maria Pia runs 8ha of vineyards applying organic viticulture.

Her main goal is to produce genuine and high-quality wines without the use of any oenological product!  

Grapes;Pecorino 50%, Passerina 30%, Trebbiano 10%, Malvasia di Candia 10%.

Vinification;  15-20 days on skins, fermentation in barrique, 18 months elevage in barrique.
