The project is lead by a young and very energetic couple, Leila and Dominic work mainly with PIWI varieties (Resistant Vines) right in the heart of the Sydtyrol area.   All the vines are treated organically.

The Wines express a great Alpine character full of freshness

Vinification; 2 weeks on skins and 19 months in acacia barrel.
