Xavi Bernet is considered one of the best producers of Sparkling wine in Catalunya, Spain. All his wines are made through the Champenoise Method, all the cuveés are made with their own organically grown grapes following a minimum of 24 months on the lees. Xare-llo is the main variety used in this beautiful wine area of the Alt Penedes located a few kilometers south of Barcelona.
