Tutti Frutti Ananas is a collaborative project among friends in Banyuls-sur-Mer, blending the talents of growers and winemakers including Manuel Vecchi (Vinyer de la Ruca) and José Carvalho (La Cave des Nomades). Vineyards on schist, sand and quartz, close to the sea and up in the Pyrenees foothills, are farmed organically; the wines ferment and age in large concrete vats in a shared cooperative cellar, Les 9 Caves, and are bottled young. Llopit is one of the estate's pétillant naturel cuvées - playful, lively and meant for immediate, joyful drinking.
