Versante Nord Bianco is Eduardo Torres Acosta's field-blend white from old alberello vines on the north slope of Etna, between 550-950m, across historic contrade including Pietramarina and Allegracore. A brief skin maceration deepens colour without flattening expressiveness; citrus, orange blossom, aromatic herbs and a whisper of flint on the nose, with a tense, saline palate balancing warmth and citric drive - classic volcanic Etna character.
