Arenaria is one of Eduardo Torres Acosta's single-contrada bottlings on the north face of Etna, made from Nerello Mascalese grown on sandy volcanic soils. Hand-harvested and vinified with the estate's signature minimal-intervention approach - spontaneous fermentation, no temperature control, ageing in large neutral wood. A structured, terroir-driven expression of Etna's volcanic soils.
