Stefano Amerighi is one of the pioneers of biodynamic Syrah in Cortona, Tuscany - a somewhat unusual home for the variety, but one where his minimal-intervention, biodynamic farming has earned international recognition. Syrah Rosa is his rosato, made via short skin contact, capturing the floral, peppery character of Cortona Syrah in a lighter, fresher format. Certified biodynamic, hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts.
