Stefanago Sbarbatello

Castello di Stefanago is a thousand-year-old estate in the Oltrepò Pavese hills, farmed organically for over five generations by the Baruffaldi siblings, Antonio, Giacomo and Antonietta. Sbarbatello is a light, easy-drinking rosato made from pure Pinot Nero with very brief skin contact, fermented and aged with minimal intervention as is house style across the estate's 20 hectares of vines.
