Stefanago San Rocco 16

San Rocco is Castello di Stefanago's single-vineyard cru, 100% Rhine Riesling aged a year in large acacia barrels and then further in bottle. The acacia wood underscores the variety's mineral character and supports its long ageing potential. Grown on the estate's organic, biodynamically-influenced vineyards at 350-500m, this is one of the more serious, structured whites in the Stefanago range.
