Serra Oca Moscatel Graudo

Serra Oca is a label of Quinta do Olival da Murta, a Vivas family estate of five generations on the slopes of Montejunto Mountain near Óbidos, north of Lisbon. Made from 100% Moscatel Graúdo, harvested whole-bunch and macerated on skins for about ten days with spontaneous fermentation, walking the line between white and orange wine. Honeyed, floral and minty on the nose, with a fresh, clean, structured palate from this organically farmed clay-limestone estate.
