Sannas Bobotti Classico +

Bobotti+ is Piergraziano Sanna's more structured, complex interpretation of Cannonau, made in limited quantity from a blend of centenary and younger alberello vines, aged in an exhausted (neutral) tonneau for added complexity without overt oak character. A more serious, concentrated sibling to the standard Bobotti, still made with zero chemical vineyard treatments and spontaneous fermentation.
