San Biagio Vecchio Centesimino

San Biagio Vecchio is one of only eight producers of Centesimino, a rare native Romagnolo red grape that survived the phylloxera epidemic almost by chance, and is now treasured as a symbol of resilience. Grown organically on sandy-clay soils near Faenza, spontaneously fermented with minimal sulphite use. Highly aromatic and perfumed, with the saline lift typical of the estate's Adriatic-influenced terroir.
