Pusole Saccare 21

Saccarè blends three native black grapes - Cannonau, Monica and Muristellu - from 70-year-old alberello-trained vines between Baunei and Lotzorai, expressing the ampelographic diversity of the Ogliastra hills. Certified organic, the old vines give real concentration and depth; only around 1,500 bottles are made each year. Best served around 18°C with hearty Sardinian fare.
