Pusole Case Sparse 23

Casesparse is one of Pusole's red bottlings from native Ogliastra grapes grown between Baunei and Lotzorai, on a mix of schist, clay and alluvial soils. Farmed organically with no irrigation and minimal intervention, spontaneously fermented and bottled unfiltered. Juicy and Mediterranean in character, with the herbal, balsamic lift typical of the estate's wines.
