Pusole is a four-generation family farm between Baunei and Lotzorai in Ogliastra, eastern Sardinia, growing only native grapes with no irrigation, weeding or chemical inputs - sheep handle the weeding between rows. This Vermentino is fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and bottled without filtration. Fresh and mineral, it captures the breezy, hillside terroir of the family's organically certified vineyards.
