Pedecastello Elevare 20

Elevare is Alex Della Vecchia's traditional-method sparkling wine from his small vineyard in the Dolomites foothills above Belluno, planted with Pinot Nero in 2010 on gravelly limestone soil at 500-600m altitude. Made only in the best vintages, with a light 12-hour skin maceration giving a lively cherry-pink colour. Aromas of red berries, almond and wildflowers with a light balsamic lift; fine bubbles, bright acidity, good salinity and a long finish - a genuinely alpine sparkling rosé.
