An earlier vintage of Elevare, Alex Della Vecchia's pure Pinot Nero traditional-method sparkling wine from his Dolomite vineyard above Belluno. Made only in select years, with a short skin maceration and extended ageing - cherry-pink colour, red fruit and almond aromatics, fine persistent bubbles and bright mountain acidity.
