A still white made from disease-resistant PIWI grape varieties that Alex Della Vecchia has been experimenting with on his Dolomite vineyard, reducing the need for vineyard treatments in this damp, mountainous corner of the Veneto. Direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation and winter-long bâtonnage in steel, unfiltered. Citrusy and saline, with the bright, high-altitude freshness that defines the whole Pedecastello range.
