Couvent Rouge is a community-driven winery based in Deir el Ahmar in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley. Founded by local farmers, the project was created to transform the region from illicit crops to sustainable viticulture, supporting hundreds of families through fair grape sourcing.

Working with high-altitude vineyards and abundant sunshine, Couvent Rouge produces a wide range of wines — from fresh and approachable to more structured, age-worthy cuvées. At its core, it is a story of transformation, resilience, and the revival of Lebanon’s deep-rooted wine culture.
