Maria Pia Castelli Stella Flora 13

An aged vintage of Stella Flora, the estate's flagship orange wine. Pecorino, Passerina, Trebbiano and Malvasia di Candia macerated on skins in wood for 15-20 days, with minimal sulphite use and 18 months of barrel ageing before bottling. With over a decade of bottle age, expect the wine to have developed deeper notes of dried citrus, honey and spice, with the savoury structure that has made Stella Flora a benchmark of the genre since the early 2000s.
