Manca Pinù Bianco

Pinù is Antichi Vigneti Manca's more experimental, aromatic line. Pinù Bianco blends Girò Bianco and Vermentino from the family's old vines in the Gulf of Asinara, vinified with the same hands-off, naturalist approach as the rest of the range: spontaneous fermentation, no synthetic treatments, vinified in cement or steel without fining or filtration. Fresh, vivid and savoury, with a genuine Mediterranean character - honest and immediate, but with real depth for the attentive drinker.
