A skin-contact white from I Parieti, blending Verdeca and Minutolo with around 20% of the fruit macerated on its skins. Golden hue with a spicy, grassy, intriguing aroma and a textural, fresh palate with excellent acidity - a distinctive, hard-to-pin-down Puglian white made on naturally farmed old vines at 400m altitude.
