Carparo is I Parieti's macerated white, made on the same windswept, 400m-altitude vineyards in Contrada Montursi. Minimal intervention winemaking, with extended skin contact giving texture and depth beyond a conventional Puglian white, and the natural freshness that defines the estate's wines despite the warm southern Italian climate.
