Enoz il re è nudo

Il Re è Nudo ('the emperor has no clothes') is Enoz's main rosato, grown on volcanic, lapilli-and-pumice-rich soils at around 260m above the Gulf of Gaeta. Organic and biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, no fining or filtration. Honest, unadorned and direct, true to its irreverent name and to Enoz's broader philosophy of letting the volcanic terroir of Roccamonfina speak without artifice.
