Alice is Enoz's Falanghina made by the traditional Georgian method in qvevri, as stated on the label - buried clay vessels, extended skin contact, spontaneous fermentation. Grown on volcanic, lapilli-rich soils on the slopes of the dormant Roccamonfina volcano in the ancient Ager Falernus. Organic and biodynamic farming, no fining or filtration. The deepest, most structured expression of Falanghina in the Enoz range.
