An older-vintage red from Deperu Holler, grown on the family's organically-farmed plots in northern Sardinia between Gallura and Anglona. Made with the estate's usual hands-off approach, with extended bottle age adding savoury complexity to the typical red-fruit, spice and balsamic character of the estate's reds.
