Deperu Holler Prama Dorada 23

Prama Dorada ('golden palm') is another of Deperu Holler's skin-macerated whites, grown on the family's six hectares near the Coghinas river in northern Sardinia. The deliberate skin contact - a deliberate nod to old-school Sardinian field-blend whites - gives a deep golden colour and layered, textured aromatics well beyond a simple Vermentino. Native yeasts, low intervention, low yields.
