Mischiabacche ('mixed berries') reflects Castello di Stefanago's biodiverse approach to its 20 hectares of small vineyard plots. The red version blends estate red varieties co-fermented together in the old field-blend tradition, organically grown and minimally manipulated in the cellar, true to the estate's overarching philosophy that there's no one-size-fits-all recipe and each vintage should express itself naturally.
