Castellina Terra e Cielo 20

Terra e Cielo ('earth and sky') is Fattoria Castellina's pure Sangiovese from alberello-trained vines, the estate's most direct expression of its biodynamically-farmed Montalbano terroir. Spontaneous fermentation with extended maceration, aged in large oak. Bright, vertical and savoury, with the structure and acidity typical of Sangiovese grown on these sandy, sandstone-rich soils.
