Castellina Geos 21

Geos is Fattoria Castellina's pure Syrah, grown on the biodynamically-farmed Montalbano hillsides west of Florence within the historic Barco Reale, the Medici family's former hunting reserve. Spontaneous fermentation, ageing in oak, bottled with minimal sulphites. A structured, spice-driven red that reflects the sandy, sandstone-skeleton soils of the estate.
