Tre Dame is Ca' de Noci's naturally refermented rosato, made with very brief skin contact and bottled with no added sulfites. Pale, vivid pink colour with delicate red fruit and floral notes, light, easy-drinking and savoury at once - true to the estate's house style of minimal intervention and organic farming on the Reggio Emilia hillsides.
