Sottobosco ('undergrowth') is Ca' de Noci's tribute to the area's traditional red grapes, blending Grasparossa, Malbo Gentile, Montericco and Maestri into a sparkling red that is lighter and more delicate than typical commercial Lambrusco. Bursting with wild strawberry aromatics, a creamy, slightly tannic mousse carries notes of mulberry, beetroot, dogwood berry and cocoa. Full, satisfying and eclectic - a genuinely characterful natural Lambrusco.
