Ca de Noci Rugiada di San Giovanni 23

Not a wine but a traditional walnut liqueur (nocino) from Ca' de Noci - 'liquore di noci bio dal raccolto 2023' as the label reads, bottled in 500ml format. Made from green walnuts harvested from the estate's own wild and ancient trees, macerated for 120 days following the old Emilian recipe, with no colourings or preservatives. Just 910 bottles produced. Dark, dense and aromatic, with green walnut, spice and bitter orange.
