Ca de Noci Querciole 23

Querciole is Ca' de Noci's pure-Spergola, naturally bottle-refermented sparkling wine, made with brief skin contact during fermentation and a short natural second fermentation in bottle (around 3 months). Intense, luminous golden-yellow colour, with ripe yellow apple character typical of the variety - bright, savoury and easy-drinking but with real personality, grown organically on the family's hillside plots above the Crostolo valley.
