Ca de Noci Le Rose 23

Le Rose is Ca' de Noci's aromatic Malvasia di Candia, naturally refermented in bottle, grown without irrigation or fertilisers on the stony Crostolo valley hillsides. The back label notes the torrential May rains and hot August of 2023 gave wines of unusual aromatic complexity. A tiny production of around 400 bottles, unfiltered, certified organic since the early 1990s.
