Ca de Noci Khyatos Rosso 22

Kyathos takes its name from an Etruscan terracotta jar found in the estate's vineyards. The Rosso is made from Sgavetta, an ancient local lambrusca variety the Masini family has helped preserve, with prolonged maceration and ageing in rough terracotta jars, as the back label describes. Bottle-refermented frizzante - deep, savoury and characterful, with 1,760 bottles produced from the 2022 harvest. Certified organic since 1993, no added sulphites.
