Ca de Noci Khyatos Bianco 22

Kyathos takes its name from an Etruscan terracotta jar found in the estate's vineyards. The Bianco is made from Spergola - the nearly-extinct white grape the Masini family rescued from the 1970s onward - with prolonged skin maceration and ageing in rough terracotta jars, as the back label describes. Bottle-refermented frizzante; golden colour, green apple varietal character, bright, dry and savoury. 1,760 bottles from the 2022 harvest. Certified organic since 1993.
