Ca de Noci de Fratelli 19

De.Fratelli ('from the brothers') is Ca' de Noci's traditional-method sparkling wine, made entirely from Spergola grown on 40+ year old vines around the family farmhouse. One grape, one vineyard, one vintage - 'una sola uva, una vigna, una vendemmia' is the estate's own description. Extra Brut style with extended lees ageing producing an opalescent, dark-gold colour; quince and toasted notes on the nose, vivid citrus acidity, ripe nectarine, carob and a touch of vanilla on the palate. Vinous, savoury Italian bubbles with real character.
