Ca de Noci Brine d'Aprile 21

Brine d'Aprile is Ca' de Noci's still red from Malbo Gentile and Marzemino, grown without irrigation or chemical inputs on the family's hillside plots. The back label itself notes the torrid, drought-marked 2021 summer gave the fruit a tense structure and concentrated aromas. Prolonged maceration, ageing in oak and acacia casks, no clarification, no added sulphites. Around 2,000 bottles produced from the 2021 harvest.
