Ca de Noci Aresco 18

Aresco is one of Ca' de Noci's still, barrel-aged reds, built for longer cellar life than the estate's sparkling cuvées. Made entirely from grapes grown on the family's five hectares along the Crostolo torrent, certified organic since 1993, with spontaneous fermentation and minimal cellar intervention. Structured and savoury, reflecting the calcareous, clay and red-mud soils of the Reggio Emilia hills.
