The skin-contact version of Bulli's Sampagnino - 'sulle bucce' (on the skins) as the label reads - refermented in bottle without added sulphites and unfiltered. The maceration gives a deeper amber-orange hue and more grip than the standard Sampagnino, while keeping the joyful, rustic drinkability of Emilian farmhouse frizzante. Crown cap, cloudy, alive.

- Grapes: White blend (Ortrugo-based), skin-macerated
- ABV: 11.5%
