Sampagnino - dialect for 'little Champagne' - is Bulli's bottle-refermented frizzante, made as the label states: 'rifermentato in bottiglia, non filtrato, senza solfiti aggiunti' (refermented in bottle, unfiltered, no added sulphites), crown-capped. From the family estate in Bacedasco Alto above Castell'Arquato: a joyful, cloudy, ancestral-method sparkler in the great Emilian farmhouse tradition.
