Bulli Gutturnio Superiore

The still, structured version of Gutturnio Superiore from the Bulli estate in Bacedasco Alto. A blend of Barbera (55-70%) and Croatina/Bonarda (30-45%), unfiltered and made with no added sulfites. Deep ruby colour with a vinous, slightly wild nose; the palate is dry, full-bodied and savoury, with the structure to handle a few years of bottle age. A genuine expression of Piacenza's oldest and most noble red wine tradition, farmed and bottled by hand on a small family property.
