Barraco Zibibbo 23

A dry, aromatic Zibibbo from Nino Barraco's estate near Marsala, vinified without residual sugar to let the grape's natural perfume lead. Expect tropical fruit (passionfruit, mango, ripe peach), candied citrus and a saline, savoury finish with a typical caper-like bitterness on the close - unusual and very drinkable for this naturally sweet variety, here turned fully dry and food-friendly.
