Barraco Fior di Bianco 25

One of Nino Barraco's lighter, fresher white cuvées, made with the same minimal-intervention winemaking as the rest of the estate's range: hand-harvested native Sicilian grapes, spontaneous fermentation, brief skin contact and ageing in steel with no fining or filtration. Floral, mineral and saline, capturing the maritime character of the Marsala coastline near the Stagnone lagoon.
