Mersel Winery is a pioneering natural wine project in Lebanon, founded by Eddie Chami and built in collaboration with local farmers. Working with high-altitude vineyards and ancient, dry-farmed vines, Mersel focuses on indigenous Lebanese grape varieties such as Merwah and Obeideh.

The wines are made with minimal intervention — unfiltered, often with little or no added sulfites — expressing both the raw character of the land and the resilience of the people behind them.

More than a winery, Mersel is a collective effort to preserve heritage, support rural communities, and redefine Lebanese wine through authenticity and purpose.
