Trebien is one of Alessandro Viola's Catarratto-focused whites, made on his estate near Alcamo using the same organic, minimal-intervention method across the board: spontaneous fermentation, no fining or filtration, very low to no added sulphites. Bright and direct, true to the Pietra Rinosa terroir.
