Alessandro Viola Sinfonia di Rosso

Sinfonia di Rosso blends Nero d'Avola and Syrah from Alessandro Viola's estate near Alcamo, both varieties well-suited to Sicily's warm climate. Organically farmed, fermented spontaneously with native yeasts, unfined and unfiltered. Bright, fruit-driven and juicy, with red berry and plum fruit, a touch of spice and white pepper, and the fresh, crunchy character typical of Alessandro's non-interventionist reds.
