Fu Rosé is the rosé counterpart in Alessandro Viola's Over 100 line of Metodo Classico Pas Dosé sparkling wines, as printed on the label. Made from organically farmed native Sicilian grapes near Alcamo, bottle-fermented and disgorged without dosage - dry, precise and savoury, with the salmon hue of gentle skin contact.
