Biancoviola ('white Viola') is one of Aldo Viola's straight white bottlings from the Alcamo area, made from estate-grown native Sicilian varieties farmed organically with biodynamic principles. Pale gold in colour, with citrus and orchard fruit aromas and a fresh, mineral palate shaped by Aldo's naturalist, low-intervention winemaking. Part of a range built on the same three pillars that define the estate: excellence, tradition and ecology.
